I’m sitting at my PC, an Intel 2.2Ghz Core2 Duo, that I built… oh, about three times so far.  Once it was lightning, then it was a power supply blowout (I leave mine on), then… well anyway I’ve tried to keep it up to date each time I had to rebuild it.  Within reason that is.  I’m not a PC gamer.  I would love to play games more, but because I already let the internet suck so much of my time away, games would just be the end of me.

So, as I sit here blogging, my son is sitting next to me at the shared laptop playing flash games on the internet.  Seeing this got me thinking about the technology I was using at his age. (Read more to see my first computer!)
